Sunrise, Sunset

I have lived in Western Washington for almost 8 years.  It has taken this long to come to the realization that the best time to be outside is at Sunrise and at Sunset.  Yes, it is cold on winter mornings and buggy on summer evenings, but the sky, the wildlife and the light is worth it.  When it is raining hard I will let the ducks enjoy the great outdoors.  But weather permitting, my New’s Years resolution is to appreciate the coming and going of each day.

Our sunsets get to be a bit dramatic around here.

  1. Phil, we met at the Trilogy Art show. You gave me your card and asked that I text you about my inquiry to purchase a camera for my need.
My interest is to photograph grandchildren, portraits). I want to learn to take pictures of landscapes, scenery, birds and any wild life I might see along the way.
I am slow learning the technical part of computers and probably the new updated cameras. With good directions I think I can do it.
Thank you for your help. By the way we attend the same parish, St. Teresa, saw you at the 9:00 Mass. Elaine Zant
